Mr. Victor Ravengrogorio Andrade Gamez wanted to open an parque inferior inside a shopping mall in Guatemala. The available space measured only 30 metros cuadrados, so the challenge was clear: design a compact playground that could still deliver strong attraction and high returns.

We surveyed local families to understand what children love most. The result was unanimous—dinosaurs. Our design team built a dinosaur-themed, multi-layer playground that used vertical levels to maximize every inch of space.
